8002 in Action

Hi Guy's,

After doing lots of work to a model, my favourite thing is to then get some photographs of it in Action. So here is some shots of my Super Detailed Austrains 80 class in Action on the Wingham Layout house at the Taree & District Model Railway Club inc

8002 pauses at Wingham to change the staff with 6235 express frieght as 8035 looks on after a failure earlier in the day

While 8002 sits at the platform with 6235 express frieght, 4485/4499 take the loop with 6382 empty steel

8002 approaches Wingham with 6372 frieght

8002 crosses Cedar Party Creek as it approaches Wingham with 6372 frieght

8002 shunts Wingham Yard and is about to collect 8035 which had failed the previous day

Another angle of it shunting

Cheers Justin Moy

  2. Hi Kyle, I am glad that you have got some inspiration from my work. I like to show my work as I would rather guy's work on there own stuff than have me do it for them. If you need any more information, please PM on justinmoy@optusnet.com.au

  4. Hi Justin
How do you make the tracks look so earthy like that?

    Thanks

  5. Hi Shelton, I can't take any credit for the Layout "Wingham" in the photo's. Wingham was built by the Late Rodney James way back in the early 90's. The Taree & District Model Railway Club is now the caretaker for the Layout and we do our best to keep it running. I have no doubt that the Trackwork is painted and ballasted in an expert way by Rodney and his group of friends at the time. I only wish that I could of taken photo's like I do now back in Rodneys day when he was running his collection on it. I am going to do a photoshot on it one day with full steam supplied by members of the club when I am happy the models are up to Rodneys standards. Cheers Justin Moy
